Kelly made me feel so comfortable and cut my hair beautifully. She and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, numerous times offering to bring me a glass of water/coffee/tea (even a glass of wine!). The hair washing experience was also wonderful and made that extra bit special with massage chairs to relax in. She took time to listen to my needs and using that knowledge she suggested what could work. Her knowledge of colour is excellent. Holly is also an amazing hair washer & masseur. I was in heaven!
